In its quest it talked to the leaders from the field of education, corporate and recruitment. Recruitment being one of the prime factors, Himanshu Aggarwal, co-founder Aspiring Minds insights on this issue were also featured, "Steep mismatch between student expectation and job offered in Tier-1 and Tier-2 colleges. Mismatch is not only in the terms of salary expected and offered but also in roles. Due to lack of adequate tool to select people that fit their jobs right, companies end up having fairly short fuse in expecting performance."
