On the other hand, out of more than 400,000 engineers graduating every year, only 25% are employed. With current trends, India will soon lose its competitive advantage as the global IT hub.

Aspiring Minds, a high-technology venture founded by alumni of MIT and IIT, seeks to identify each employable fresher and match him/her to a job at-par with his/her skills. It also seeks to help each unemployable fresher to improve his/her skills to become suitable for the job market.
