Welcome to Aspiring Minds
For the first time, Aspiring Minds provides a methodology to search candidates matching the job profile at the press of a key by using innovative filters on multi-dimensional skill analysis of a large pool of candidates.
How do we do it? We conduct a nation-wide Computer Adaptive Test to provide a statistically-valid multi-dimensional skill assessment to judge the employment suitability of a large pool of candidates.
