Aspiring Minds has two models to work with Campuses:
AM-Campus Program: An Extensive Program where Aspiring Minds works closely with the Campus providing their Assessment Solutions, diagnostics and guidance using scientific methods and recommends employability improvement methods.
AMCAT Event Model: Aspiring Minds makes a presentation for pre-final and final year students and conducts AMCAT for interested students.
1. AM-Campus Program
Aspiring Minds has devised a unique program for campuses to incorporate Employability Assessment into their System of Education.

The methodology is shown in the figure below.
AMCAT Conduction: AMCAT is conducted once a year for second and third year students.
Student Self-learning: The second year students get to know their strengths/weaknesses with respect to the industry and how they can improve their skills to match the industry level. They have one complete year to hone their skills and become better equipped to get the job of their choice. Also, they may get internship offers if their scores are good.
Job Opportunities: The third year students get job opportunities from multiple companies who use AMCAT as a basis for selection. AMCAT is a multidimensional test, which assesses the different skills possessed by the student and matches the student to the job appropriate for his/her skill-set. The test-taker is also given detailed feedback and guidance to further improve his/her skills.
Institute Feedback: The institute gets a campus-wide feedback together with a detailed analysis assessing student competencies branchwise/yearwise and identifying subjects/areas/branches which need attention and improvement . The feedback also shows the position of the college students as compared with students from other colleges. With this information, Aspiring Minds recommends to campus various steps it could take to improve the students' employability. The campus gets a good amount of time to improve the employability of the students.
Program Effectiveness: AMCAT is conducted again next year. The second year students are now in third year. Through AMCAT, one finds out how much the teaching/learning has improved the students over the last year and how to further develop the student skills.
Better Job Opportunities: Students from third year must have improved over the last year due to the feedback, guidance from AM and college efforts. They score higher in AMCAT and get much better job opportunities through companies hiring through AMCAT and otherwise.
This scientific approach to assessment from Aspiring Minds and training/self-study by students can improve their employability manifolds. The students will be well-equipped to get a job and work in the industry.
2. AM Event Program
Step I. A presentation is made addressing students about the benefits of AMCAT .
Step II. The presentation is followed by a 2- hour online test (AMCAT) at the institute lab in the same week.
Step III. On the basis of the scores obtained in AMCAT, companies shortlist students for interviews..
Step IV. Every student who appeared in the test is provided with a detailed feedback, identifying his areas of strengths, and areas where she/he needs to work harder. This helps in his/her future employment.
