The Aspiring Minds Campus Ambassador programme selects hard working and enthusiastic pre-final year students across campuses in India to play leadership roles in enabling better job opportunities for his/her batchmates. Ambassadors would connect students and Aspiring Minds thereby representing his/her college to potential hirers, disseminating job related information to college students and guiding them to improve their employability. The campus ambassador shall interact with industry professionals, employment experts and peers from across the country.

The candidate should have exemplary management and networking skills to engage batchmates in job-related activities; organize events and work through a team of volunteers. An effective communicator, the candidate must consistently keep-in-touch with Aspiring Minds providing relevant information to be able to best serve the college community towards more number of jobs, better jobs and more number of selections.

What do I need to do?

• Be the primary point of contact among students for Aspiring Minds on your campus.
• Provide greater employment opportunities to your batchmates – publicise and organise Aspiring Minds events on your campus.
• Empower your batchmates to become better prepared for placement events and interviews – disseminate employability related information
• Share with Aspiring Minds any information from campus which will help Aspiring Minds serve the interest of students better.
• Encourage your batchmates to improve their skills by interacting with AMCAT on Facebook.
